Job summary

A leading financial services provider in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Collections Associate to enhance customer relationships through effective payment solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service and negotiation skills and must have at least a high school diploma or GED. Experience in a collections or customer service environment is preferred. This full-time position requires 4 days in-office and 1 day remote per week with a salary range of $50,000 to $70,000.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in Customer Service and/or Collections environment preferred.
• Familiar with the automotive industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect payments on live and terminated accounts via various methods.
• Negotiate payment solutions with customers and follow up.
• Provide excellent customer service while handling incoming calls.
• Manage a queue of assigned accounts.
• Perform skip tracing activities when contact is a challenge.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve escalated customer issues.
• Offer feedback for process improvements.
