Job summary

Greenberg Traurig, LLP seeks a detail‑oriented Collections Specialist in Phoenix to support invoice preparation and the collections process. You will interact with attorneys, clients, and staff to drive AR activities and ensure timely billing.

You will use Pre-bill Viewer, Aderant, and e-billing tools to submit invoices and manage credits/retainers, with flexibility for overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Accounting/Finance or related field preferred.
• Minimum three years of Collections experience, preferably in the professional services industry.
• Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily collection efforts and consult with attorneys to plan collection strategies.
• Handle accounts receivable functions including billing and reconciliations.
• Communicate AR status to management and clients as needed.
• Process client bills using Pre-bill Viewer and Aderant.
• Submit electronic client invoices and accruals via e-billing platforms.
• Review and respond to billing questions; support refunds and deposits.
• Prepare AR reports and perform account reconciliations.
• Enter notes in Dashboard/Aderant Collection system.
• Assist with internal audit and special projects.
