Responsibilities

• The Collections Specialist is responsible for the accurate and efficient preparation of invoices for various Billing Attorneys.
• This position will interact with all levels of attorneys, clients and staff to effectively drive the collection process.
• The candidate will assist with collections, AR analysis, ebill invoice rejections, invoice resubmissions, Credit/Retainers refunds, client calls as needed.
• Candidate should also be flexible to work overtime as needed.
