Job summary

Greenberg Traurig, LLP is seeking a Collections Specialist in the Phoenix office on a hybrid basis. The role supports the Revenue Management Team with invoicing, AR analysis, and client communications to optimize cash collections.

The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and a client-service mindset. 3+ years in collections within professional services is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum three years of Collections experience, preferably in professional services.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily collection efforts and review accounts receivable.
• Discuss issues with attorneys to determine best collection strategy.
• Process client bills and submit electronic invoices via e-billing portals.
• Maintain collection notes and prepare AR/revenue reports.
• Support internal audits and ad hoc projects as needed.
