Job summary

Greenberg Traurig is seeking a Collections Specialist for its Phoenix office on a hybrid basis. You will prepare invoices for Billing Attorneys, collaborate with attorneys, clients and staff, and drive the collections process to ensure timely cash collection.

The role reports to the Collections Supervisor and requires strong communication, attention to detail, and experience with Aderant, Pre-bill Viewer, and Ebilling Hub. Occasional overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting/Finance preferred.
• Minimum three years of Collections experience, preferably in professional services (legal, accounting, insurance, healthcare).
• Exceptional computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices for Billing Attorneys and interact with all levels of attorneys, clients, and staff to drive the collection process.
• Assist with AR analysis, ebill invoice rejections, and invoice resubmissions.
• Process client bills using Pre-bill Viewer and Aderant software; submit electronic client invoices and accruals.
• Research and respond to accounting and billing questions; communicate with clients as needed.
• Develop collection-related reports and account reconciliations; maintain collection notes in the system.
