Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 3+ years of relevant experience in collections.
• Knowledge of loan collection techniques and credit lending principles.
• Knowledge of collection laws and regulations.
• Experience with consumer/residential/commercial/dealer-originated lending.
• Familiarity with online collection systems.
• Understanding of organizational operations and procedures.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of EF Servicing Team members.
• Provide training, coaching and mentoring to staff.
• Deliver high quality customer service via calls and inquiries.
• Analyze customer needs and propose effective solutions.
• Test EF applications and customer online portal in UAT as needed.
• Drive process improvements and transformation initiatives.
• Engage with team members and manage escalations.
• Contribute to additional projects as assigned.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate across the organization.
• Identify opportunities to elevate performance and efficiency.
