Velocity Investments in Wall, NJ, seeks a full-time Collector/Customer Service Representative to manage calls, negotiate payment plans, and document account activity. This role blends inbound/outbound customer service with debt resolution, reporting to the Collections Manager.

The position offers a hybrid schedule (9 AM–5 PM with some days in-office) and benefits including medical, vision, dental, a 401(k), and ESOP participation. Prior collections or customer service experience is a plus.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with consumers.
• Previous collections or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Handling customer service and collection calls.
• Setting up payment plans and negotiating settlements for consumers unable to pay their debt in full.
• Documenting all communications and account activity accurately.
• Performing general office and administrative duties.
• Working with consumers to resolve account issues and achieve mutually beneficial payment solutions.
