We are currently seeking Full-Time Collection Specialists with a base pay of $15 per hour plus a monthly Performance Bonus!

Position

This position is responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls with consumers regarding their balance and working with them toward payment or resolution. You will be provided with the tools, knowledge, and training to become successful in your role.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Schedule: Varies Monday-Friday between 8am-7pm
• Proficient in basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly
• Ability to actively listen and speak clearly
