CP Unlimited in the New York City area is seeking a Cloud & Field Services Technician to maintain enterprise systems, cloud services, and end-user environments. This hybrid role combines hands-on desktop support with field service across program locations and security compliance.

You will manage Intune and Microsoft 365 workloads, troubleshoot enrollment and Autopilot issues, assist with device provisioning, and support network and low-voltage installations.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT field services or enterprise desktop support.
• Experience supporting multiple remote sites or distributed users.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Ability to travel between locations and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with cloud-managed desktops (Intune, Windows 365, or similar) and knowledge of Microsoft 365/Azure/Entra ID.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site and field support at CP Unlimited program locations across the NYC area.
• Serve as escalation point for field support issues requiring advanced troubleshooting or on-site validation.
• Perform on-site installation, replacement, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and networked devices.
• Support hardware refreshes, workstation upgrades, system deployments, and site moves.
• Configure and validate workstations, cloud-managed desktops, and devices used in program operations.
• Support video conferencing systems and collaboration tools (Teams, etc.).
• Coordinate with users, managers, vendors, and teams to schedule site visits and minimize disruption.
