Responsibilities

• Provide Level II technical support via phone and email to clients.
• Handle first call resolution while building strong customer relationships.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve desktop, server, and network issues; escalate when needed.
• Maintain client SLA adherence and monitor system performance for improvements.
• Document issues and resolutions to enrich the internal knowledge base.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and onboarding updates.
• On-call rotation required.
