Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Cybersecurity Sales Director, Cloud, to lead a regional team selling HPE’s cloud and cybersecurity portfolio. You will set the revenue strategy, manage quotas, and build strategic customer relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.

The role emphasizes consultative solutions across security, cloud adoption, networking, access, and risk management, with collaboration across sales, cloud specialists, and alliance partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 15+ years of sales experience in complex technology environments.
• 10+ years of experience leading sales teams or organizations.
• Experience with cloud, cybersecurity, networking, SaaS, subscription, or managed services sales.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 75%.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional team responsible for selling HPE’s cloud and cybersecurity portfolio.
• Set sales direction, quotas, goals, account priorities, and coverage plans.
• Drive revenue across cloud and cybersecurity portfolio; manage pipeline and forecasts.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end support across sales, technical, specialist, channel, and alliance resources.
• Build trusted relationships with customer executives and key stakeholders.
• Lead important customer negotiations and resolve escalated issues.
