Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, operations, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in channel, distribution, commercial program management, cloud, enterprise technology, or related go-to-market roles.
• Proven ability to design and launch cross-functional programs with distributors, resellers, or marketplace channels.
• Strong understanding of indirect sales models, channel economics, and partner discounting.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, design, launch, and ongoing optimization of the Cloud Commit channel and distribution program.
• Define scalable one-tier and two-tier routes to market for distributors and partners.
• Translate multi-year spend, catalog, pricing and reporting into partner-facing commercial models.
• Lead cross-functional teams to define program requirements including contracting, discounting, quoting, ordering, invoicing, and reporting.
• Establish accountability across HPE, distributors, resellers, and customers for pricing, transactions, and spend reporting.
• Partner with finance, legal, tax, pricing, contollership, sales ops, IT and product orgs to resolve gaps and drive decisions.
• Drive dashboards and reporting across partner and customer views of commitments and spend.
• Build playbooks, SOPs, governance, and launch-readiness criteria.
