Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Program Management, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Typically 4–6 years of experience in Program Management or a related role.
• Proficiency with program management, productivity, and collaboration tools (Smartsheet, Lucid Timeline, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Slack).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with ability to communicate plans, status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Report into the HPE Storage PMO within the Hybrid Cloud organization.
• Lead Storage programs across cross-functional teams to deliver product, release, readiness, and service-related objectives.
• Develop and maintain integrated program schedules, milestones, deliverables, resource plans, budgets, dependencies, risks, and readiness activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align and adjust schedules, milestones, priorities, or resources.
