Qualifications

• 8+ years in channel, distribution or cloud go-to-market roles.
• Experience designing and launching complex, cross-functional programs involving distributors, resellers, service providers, or marketplace channels.
• Strong understanding of indirect sales models and channel economics.
• Experience with committed-spend, enterprise agreements, consumption, subscription, or as-a-service commercial models.
• Proven ability to move programs from concept through pilot and scale.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, design, launch, and optimization of the Cloud Commit program across priority markets.
• Define scalable one-tier and two-tier routes to market for distributors and resellers.
• Translate multi-year spend, catalog, pricing, reporting into partner-facing models.
• Lead cross-functional teams to define requirements including eligibility, discounting, quoting, invoicing.
• Establish accountability across HPE, partners, and customers for pricing and transactions.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, tax, pricing, IT, and sales operations to close gaps.
• Develop channel dashboards and reports for commitments, spend, forecasts, risks.
• Create playbooks, SOPs, governance forums, and launch-readiness criteria.
• Engage distributors to validate assumptions, test workflows, and run pilots.
• Design field enablement including value propositions and sales training.
• Track performance with executive scorecards on pipeline and revenue.
• Represent the program in leadership reviews and partner meetings.
