Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in a clinical research environment within healthcare or academia.
• Understanding of federal and state regulation related to clinical research billing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, evaluate and maintain CTMS for protocols, budgets and amendments.
• Define CTMS payments configurations and study workflows.
• Ensure operational compliance and consistency across protocols.
• Generate invoices to external sponsors using CTMS and resolve inquiries.
• Maintain posting details from bursar feeds to internal sites.
• Provide training and materials for staff on CTMS and workflows.
