Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a Clinical Research Systems Specialist to support CTMS configuration, study builds, and operational materials for trials. You will partner with Clinical Operations, sites, Regulatory, and Finance to enable successful study launches and execution.

The role emphasizes quality control, UAT, and translating protocols into CTMS configurations, with a hybrid work model and strong focus on process improvement and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) or similar.
• Experience with CRIO, RealTime CTMS, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and protocol interpretation.
• Exceptional attention to detail with quality control and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain studies within CTMS platforms reflecting protocols and sponsor needs.
• Support research sites in CTMS usage, troubleshoot issues and ensure consistency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on prescreening workflows and patient findings reports.
• Conduct QA and UAT of study builds prior to launch and resolve discrepancies.
• Translate study requirements into configurations and workflows within systems.
• Monitor documentation, trackers, and deliverables; communicate risks and improvements.
