The candidate will greet patients, answer calls, verify demographics and insurance, and ensure timely scheduling with surgeons while upholding confidentiality and service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong data entry skills with minimal errors.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary.
• Ability to work independently and/or in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient information including demographics, insurance, and referrals.
• Answer department calls, triage inquiries, and document messages.
• Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate staff.
• Coordinate scheduling and communications with surgeons and staff.
• Ensure completeness of clinical records and required authorizations.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies.
