Job summary

Suncoast Behavioral Health Center in Bradenton, FL seeks a Program Coordinator to blend clinical interventions with milieu management. On the unit, you help ensure patient safety, assist in managing MHTs, and deliver programming in coordination with the treatment team.

You will run psychoeducation groups, coordinate afternoon and weekend activities, and contribute to staff education, CPR, and de-escalation training, while partnering with HRD and the Director of Residential Services.

Qualifications

• Experience applying clinical skills to stabilization and risk factors.
• Ability to teach de-escalation techniques and CPR concepts.
• Familiarity with milieu management in a behavioral health setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient safety on the unit during shifts.
• Assist in managing MHTs and coordinate treatment activities.
• Deliver psychoeducation and enrichment groups in afternoon and weekend programming.
• Coordinate interventions with Social Services and the treatment team.
