Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's preferred.
• 2–3 years in behavioral health or hospital setting.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and participate in restraints; yearly Handle With Care training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient safety on the unit and assist MTs on shift.
• Provide clinical interventions and programming with the treatment team.
• Manage program schedule fidelity and address patient stabilization.
• Coordinate interventions between Social Services and MHTs; run psychoeducation groups.
