Northeast Health Services in Boston, MA seeks a Clinic Supervisor to join the Transformations Care Network and lead clinical and operational activities in behavioral health settings.

In this role you will deliver direct therapy, supervise clinicians, support hiring and onboarding, ensure documentation quality, and contribute to quality improvement across multiple sites. A Master’s in a mental health field and state licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health (e.g., social work, counseling, marriage & family therapy, or psychology).
• Independent clinical licensure; ability to supervise per state regulations if applicable.
• Knowledge of state/federal rules and HIPAA/privacy requirements.
• Strong communication and teamwork, especially under stress.
• Experience supervising clinical staff is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual, group and/or family therapy to clients.
• Provide administrative clinical support to clinics; manage budgeted administrative BUs (10-15 per week).
• Work in-person and/or hybrid model; adapt to clinic needs.
