Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network, is seeking Supervising Clinicians to supervise unlicensed clinicians and, when needed, provide outpatient therapy in a hybrid in-person/telehealth setting.

The role emphasizes clinical supervision, documentation, and collaboration with Clinic Directors to promote excellence and program integrity. A master’s degree and a current license are required.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree or higher from applicable accredited program.
• Valid independent clinical license in the state(s) where services are being provided.
• Meet minimum post licensure experience requirements for supervisor as determined by licensing Board.
• Meet all Licensing Board requirements to provide clinical supervision.

Aufgaben

• Provide clinical supervision for unlicensed, graduate level and/or intern clinicians.
• Conduct individual and group supervision regularly.
• Maintain supervision notes and documentation in the EMR within required timelines.
• Provide therapy to clients and coordinate care with other providers.
• Maintain caseloads consistent with productivity expectations.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and ethical practice.
