Job summary

Northeast Health Services in Massachusetts is seeking Clinic Supervisors to join the clinic leadership team. You will provide direct therapy, support clinical and administrative operations, and may supervise clinicians.

You’ll assist with hiring, onboarding, and coordinating across multiple sites in a hybrid model. We value licensure, privacy compliance, and the ability to guide teams through complex cases.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology).
• Independent clinical licensure and ability to supervise per state rules.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations; HIPAA compliant.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities; proficient in EMR.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and/or family therapy to clients.
• Support clinic operations with administrative clinical tasks; manage documentation.
• Supervise clinicians as applicable; conduct audits and provide feedback.
• Assist with intake, referrals, transfers, and on-call/crisis services as needed.
• Collaborate with Clinic Director on hiring, onboarding and training.
