Job summary

Northeast Health Services in Lawrence, MA, part of Transformations Care Network, seeks Supervising Clinicians to supervise unlicensed clinicians and deliver outpatient mental health therapy, in person or via telehealth.

You will oversee supervision notes, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate care with internal programs and prescribers. This hybrid role offers continuous learning and a pathway to clinical development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited program.
• Valid independent clinical license in the state(s) where services are provided.
• Post-licensure experience requirements for supervisor per licensing board.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy in an outpatient setting (in person and/or telehealth).
• Offer supervision to unlicensed clinicians (individual and group) weekly.
• Coordinate care with internal programs, community agencies, and medical providers with patient consent.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation in EMR within 48–72 hours of service.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and high ethical standards.
