Job summary

Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network, seeks a Supervising Clinician to lead clinical supervision and training for unlicensed and intern clinicians in outpatient mental health settings.

You will supervise both individual and group sessions, ensure licensure compliance, review documentation, and collaborate with Clinic Directors to sustain clinical excellence across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited program.
• Valid independent clinical license in the state(s) where services are being provided.
• Meet licensing board requirements to provide clinical supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group supervision for unlicensed clinicians.
• Maintain licensure registrations and regulatory requirements.
• Review supervisee documentation and sign required notes.
• Complete supervision notes and records within policy deadlines.
• Coordinate care with internal and external providers and document outcomes.
