Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a mental health field (SW, counseling, MFT or psychology).
• Independent clinical licensure with ability to supervise per state rules.
• Knowledge of state/federal rules and HIPAA privacy.
• Strong computer skills and EMR proficiency.
• Commitment to professional ethics and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in high-stress settings.
• Prefer supervisory experience in clinical settings.
• Knowledge of current psychiatric care standards and trends.

Aufgaben

• Provide therapy services as needed and supervise clinical staff.
• Provide administrative clinical support to clinics to assist operations.
• Work in-person or via hybrid model as required by clinic needs.
• Ensure timely, accurate clinical documentation and approvals.
• Review supervisees' and clinicians' documentation and feedback.
• Audit clinical documentation and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in training, audits, and policy development.
• Assist with intake, referrals, transfers, and crisis/triage services.
• Support daily site management and compliance tasks.
• Collaborate with community agencies and Clinic Director on initiatives.
• Attend meetings and assist with licensing audits.
