Job summary

Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network (TCN), seeks Clinic Supervisors to join a leadership team focused on high-quality behavioral health care. You will provide therapy, support clinic operations, and supervise clinicians across sites, with hybrid in-person and remote work options.

You will ensure timely documentation, participate in staff training, and assist with onboarding, referrals, and service additions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology).
• Independent clinical licensure enabling supervision where required.
• Knowledge of state/federal rules and HIPAA/privacy requirements.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, especially under stress.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy to clients.
• Provide administrative clinical support to clinics to support operations; manage weekly administrative hours and BUs.
• Provide clinical supervision to clinicians; supervise live or via video conference across sites.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately (treatment plans, notes, discharge plans).
• Review supervisees’ and clinicians’ documentation for quality and compliance.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, intake, referrals, transfers, and waitlist management; crisis/triage as needed.
• Participate in development and enforcement of policies and procedures; contribute to audits and licensing efforts.
