Northeast Health Services in Salem, MA, seeks a Clinic Supervisor to lead clinical and operational activities within a multidisciplinary team. The role involves direct patient care, supervision of clinicians, and supporting clinic operations through robust documentation and process improvements.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in a mental health field, is independently licensed, and can supervise per state rules.

Formación

• Master's degree in mental health field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology).
• Independent clinical licensure; supervision eligibility where required.
• Knowledge of state/federal regulations and privacy/HIPAA.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual, group and/or family therapy to clients.
• Provide administrative clinical support to clinics and oversee documentation.
• Conduct supervision of clinicians and manage training activities.
• Participate in hiring onboarding, referrals, transfers and waitlist management.
• Assist with clinic operations and ensure compliance and quality improvements.
