Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree, or 5+ years with an advanced degree.
• 2+ years of work experience with a PhD.
• Experience analyzing data and translating findings into actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of Visa products by coordinating teams to accelerate value and adoption.
• Ensure client goals and success metrics are understood.
• Develop client education and training materials.
• Lead periodic operational reviews with clients and Visa stakeholders.
• Act as escalation point for major incidents and crises.
