Job summary

Visa seeks a Sr. Consultant, Client Success to own the holistic post-sale client relationship for assigned clients and drive operational solutions that grow client business.

You will champion client adoption and partner with Sales and Product to realize value from Visa products, while aligning with the Sales Account Plan. As a functional specialist, you will deploy client support strategies, including automated tools, and lead strategic client reviews with cross-functional teams to optimize

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher is required or equivalent experience.
• Experience analyzing data and translating findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience communicating complex technical terms in business language to clients.
• Experience working across countries and time zones.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask under deadlines.
• Experience influencing audiences at multiple levels including executives.
• Knowledge of payment industry trends, threats, competitors, and regulatory environments.
• Certifications in Client/Customer Success or project management are a plus.
• Experience building client relationships and driving value realization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee post-sale Client Services relationships and enable new capabilities.
• Partner with Visa teams to drive client adoption and value realization.
• Define and deploy client support and service implementation strategies.
• Maintain 360-degree view of client health and performance across products.
• Lead operational reviews with clients and Visa stakeholders.
• Escalate and manage major incidents when needed.
• Develop client education materials and webinars on Visa Rules and releases.
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure consistent client experience.
