• 2–5 years in account management, customer service, or project coordination.
• Experience in packaging, fulfillment, or logistics is a plus.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer accounts, build relationships, and identify opportunities to improve service.
• Respond to inquiries about orders, inventory, production schedules, and delivery timelines.
• Gather project requirements and coordinate pricing, estimates, and procurement.
• Obtain vendor quotes, submit POs, track progress, and coordinate shipments.
• Communicate pricing updates and project changes to customers.
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Review packaging materials to ensure they meet specifications before production.
• Investigate quality issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate order entry, fulfillment, and transport.
• Schedule FTL and LTL shipments following routing requirements and costs.
• Lead customer status meetings and document action items.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for smooth execution.
• Monitor satisfaction and address service concerns proactively.
