Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts and nurture strong relationships.
• Address concerns and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and revenue within accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time shipments and accurate documentation.
• Track performance, analyze trends, and provide improvement recommendations.
• Maintain up-to-date records of account activity in CRM.
• Travel up to 10% and participate in after-hours or weekend rotations as needed.
