Job summary

CORPAY is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary client services contact for a portfolio of accounts in a hybrid work environment. The role requires technical knowledge and travel to client sites as needed, with collaboration across departments to ensure client satisfaction and successful use of CORPAY products.

You will manage day-to-day support, resolve issues, and communicate effectively with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years customer service experience required.
• Strong time management and ability to work independently.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to react quickly to resolve customer issues.
• Capable of balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Leads process improvements and adopts new tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for day-to-day account support and issue resolution.
• Respond to inbound emails, calls, and Salesforce cases.
• Develop and implement a client service delivery strategy for assigned clients.
• Conduct regular calls and presentations to review performance and provide training.
• Present solutions to retain relationships and grow accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support clients.
