Job summary

Corpay is seeking an Account Manager to act as an operational partner for Corpay Payables clients. You will own client issues end-to-end, coordinating with Product, Technology, Risk, and Operations to ensure timely resolution and high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include proactive health monitoring, renewal support, and cross-functional collaboration to drive adoption and retention across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in account management, client operations, or complex customer support.
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, or related fields.
• Experience with B2B payments or commercial card is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned clients and own issues through resolution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive timely resolutions.
• Maintain clear client communications, track commitments, and confirm closure.
• Lead client calls and service reviews, including renewal preparation.
• Support after-hours escalation for major incidents when needed.
