Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management, Customer Service, Client Services, Relationship Management, Customer Success, Financial Services, Payments, Paycard, or Fintech.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship and serve as a key point of contact for assigned Paycard clients.
• Build trusted relationships, understand each client’s business and program needs.
• Provide responsive, professional support and follow-through.
• Conduct initiative-taking client outreach to drive satisfaction and retention.
• Research client questions and coordinate with internal partners to resolve issues.
