Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, marketing or related field.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of federal and state laws, regulations and compliance for financial industry (IL, MN, WI).
• Knowledge of farming operations and agriculture and basic accounting principles.
• Advanced knowledge of credit, loan processing, loan servicing or loan closing.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of Client Service team members delivering high-quality credit services.
• Oversee all team members within assigned areas of responsibility.
• Support strategic initiatives and model Compeer's values.
• Hire, train, develop, and reward a high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance and regulatory expectations are met by the team.
