Compeer Financial in Macomb, IL (with offices in Quincy) seeks a Team Leader Client Services to guide a hybrid team delivering credit and financial products. You will hire, train, and empower staff, ensure quality service, and promote our offerings.

You’ll support strategic initiatives, maintain regulatory compliance, and collaborate across departments. This role requires strong leadership and excellent communication within a flexible, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, marketing or related field or equivalent.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of federal and state laws, regulations and compliance in financial industry and Farm Credit (preferred).
• Knowledge of farming operations and agriculture, along with basic accounting principles and procedures (preferred).
• Advanced knowledge of credit, loan processing, loan servicing or loan closing in a financial lending environment (preferred).
• Leadership skills to lead remote team members.
• Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, develops and rewards a high performing team.
• Oversees all team members within assigned area(s).
• Supports implementation of strategic initiatives and models the organization’s values.
• Maintains compliance with regulatory expectations for the business unit.
• Promotes Compeer products and services and collaborates across departments.
• Regularly travels to direct team member office locations as needed.
