Job summary

Compeer Financial is seeking a seasoned leader to manage a Client Service team in a hybrid role, primarily working in our Macomb, IL and Quincy, IL offices. You will oversee hiring, training, and performance to deliver high-quality credit and financial services to clients.

We offer a base pay range ($67,700–$102,200) with potential variable compensation, comprehensive medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, and flexible schedules to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of federal/state laws, regulations and compliance in financial industry and Farm Credit is preferred.
• Knowledge of farming operations and agriculture, plus basic accounting principles is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of credit, loan processing, servicing or closing in a financial lending environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Client Service team; empower team members to make decisions and deliver quality service to clients.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory expectations and maintain service standards across the team.
• Communicate goals, provide feedback, and monitor progress toward targets.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and optimize efficiency with other departments.
