Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, marketing or related field.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of federal and state laws, regulations and compliance requirements specific to the financial industry.
• Knowledge of farming operations and agriculture, related to the role.
• Advanced knowledge of credit, loan processing, loan servicing or loan closing.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to mentor and lead remote team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of Client Service team members delivering high-quality credit and financial services.
• Oversee all team members within assigned area(s) of responsibility.
• Support implementation of strategic initiatives and model Compeer's values.
• Hire, train, develop and reward a high-performing team.
• Promote Compeer products and services.
• Coordinate with other departments and maintain compliance with policies.
