Job summary

Compeer Financial is a member-owned cooperative delivering financial services to support agriculture and rural communities across Illinois, Minnesota and Wisconsin. This role provides supervision and leadership to the Compeer Home Solutions and Data & Reporting teams, overseeing system configuration, prioritization, and coordination of the technology stack.

You will guide day-to-day analysis, quality controls and reporting to support mortgage pricing and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with loan origination systems, appraisal reporting, underwriting and title principles.
• Experience with loan origination suite of products, including setting roadmaps, strategy and direction.
• Advanced consumer lending experience in a financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Organizes regular team meetings to stay informed on department topics.
• Manages project prioritization, execution and training for the Compeer Home origination suite of products.
• Develops and maintains efficient processes related to technology updates and system configuration.
• Reviews work to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Leads data sourcing for market intelligence and sales leads.
