Job summary

Compeer Financial is hiring for a hybrid role based in multiple locations, including Wisconsin. The position focuses on delivering exceptional client service, handling PCA loan renewals and servicing updates, and supporting office operations to ensure a positive environment for clients and team members.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years in client service, with strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2 years of client service experience, preferably in a financial institution.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and adhere to organizational goals.
• Keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance in documentation and processing.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and fast-paced environment.
• Effective conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to prioritize client needs and provide timely solutions.
• Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook; able to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Provides front line customer service to clients via phone, online, and in-person.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with internal and external clients and third parties.
• Educates teams and clients on policies and processes; supports fraud prevention.
