Compeer Financial in Minnesota seeks a Contact Center Team Leader to oversee daily operations of the client service team handling incoming calls and money movement support. You will implement strategies to improve service quality, drive satisfaction, and profitability in a hybrid work environment.

Lead and coach the Compass team, align with policies, monitor performance, and participate in cross-functional projects. Strong communication and financial services knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in a contact or call center for a financial institution.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Compeer Financial’s products and services desired.
• Advanced knowledge of farming operations and agriculture, along with basic accounting principles and procedures.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Contact Center team delivering high-quality client service.
• Provide strategies to improve client service experience and client satisfaction.
