Job summary

NextPath Workforce Solutions is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our client's team in Southfield, MI. This is a Hybrid Contract position. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, handling calls, and resolving account-related inquiries.

You will manage inbound calls, assist with password resets, address updates, and data entry in our systems. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work with multiple software

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recent customer service experience, ideally from a call center.
• Ability to type and handle phone work simultaneously.
• Navigate multiple systems at once.
• Experience using dual monitors.
• Proficient with Word, Outlook, and basic Excel.
• High school diploma completed.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from clients, delivering outstanding service.
• Resolve login issues and update account information.
• Document call activity accurately in proprietary systems.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Research issues using policies and available resources.
• Coordinate resolution with relevant departments.
• Inform customers of procedures or steps to resolve issues.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
