Revolution Technologies in Saint Petersburg, FL, seeks a Hybrid Client Services Representative to support the team in a 9 AM–6 PM schedule. The role blends on-site presence with remote work, three days in the office and two days from home.

The position handles basic inquiries, updates addresses and contact details, and serves as the main contact for clients and internal teams. Expect 50–60 calls daily, rising during tax season.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of recent customer service experience, ideally from a call center.
• Must be able to type while on the phone (≈40 WPM).
• Experience navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
• Proficient with Word, Outlook, and basic Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Banking/financial services experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle basic customer inquiries (e.g., username/password resets).
• Update home address or phone number for clients.
• Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external clients.
• Manage call volume; typically 50–60 calls per day, up to 80 during tax season.
