Job summary

Noblesoft Solutions, Inc. is seeking a customer service professional to handle inbound client calls in a banking context. You will resolve account inquiries, document interactions in the bank's system, and coordinate resolutions with multiple departments to ensure satisfaction.

This role requires excellent communication, ability to type while speaking, and comfort using multiple systems and dual monitors. Banking experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must possess 2–3 years of recent customer service experience from a call center preferred.
• Must be able to type while on the phone.
• Ability to navigate numerous systems simultaneously.
• Experience using dual monitors.
• Proficient user with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and basic Excel.
• Ability to type at least 40 WPM.
• Exceptional customer service skills; easy to understand.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proper grammar and spelling.
• Experience within banking or financial services is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from clients, providing exceptional customer service.
• Resolve general inquiries such as username/password resets, address changes, phone number changes, etc.
• Document call activity using the bank's proprietary system while on the phone with the customer.
• Respond to inquiries or complaints concerning the bank's products or services.
• Review and research requests or problems using policies, procedures or practices.
• Coordinate problem resolution with appropriate departments.
• Inform customers of standard procedures or resolution of problems.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
