Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years in insurance client service or operations, including 2+ years in a team-lead role.
- Strong understanding of policy documentation, billing, certificates of insurance, and renewals.
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and oversee the Client Service team to deliver end-to-end client lifecycle excellence.
- Coach team members, optimize workflows, and remove bottlenecks for better client satisfaction.
- Oversee onboarding, renewals, certificates, endorsements, and documentation accuracy.
