Job summary

Howden US seeks a dedicated Client Service Manager in Charlotte to lead the client service team and optimize end-to-end service delivery. You’ll coach staff, manage onboarding and renewals, and partner across practice groups, operations, and carriers.

You’ll champion efficiency, accuracy, and proactive client support while contributing to automation initiatives and continuous improvement to elevate service levels.

Qualifications

• Leadership and coaching of a client service team to deliver high-quality service.
• Experience in optimizing processes and ensuring strong documentation controls.
• Track record of improving service delivery through automation and workflow improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Client Service Representatives to ensure performance and growth.
• Oversee onboarding, renewals, certificates, endorsements, and documentation accuracy.
• Drive standardized processes across the client lifecycle and collaborate cross-functionally.
