• Relevant Life and Health license in good standing is required.

Responsibilities

• Support and collaborate with sales and service teams on client communications and deliverables.
• Coordinate carrier implementations and client onboarding to promote growth and retention.
• Ensure compliance with client engagement strategy and service timelines.
• Prepare enrollment materials and coordinate online enrollment with Analysts.
• Lead strategy for the Employee Benefits program.
