Linked, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex utility projects from initiation through completion. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, clients, and regulatory stakeholders to meet scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality goals.

The position offers a Hybrid – On-Site 3 Days/Week, Remote 2 Days/Week arrangement and requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive project success across multiple assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, General Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in the utility industry.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external resources.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with clients, leadership, field personnel, and regulatory stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure successful project execution
• Manage and track project budgets, schedules, risks, and deliverables
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
• Prepare project status reports, forecasts, and presentations for clients and leadership
• Ensure projects comply with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and industry standards
• Identify potential project risks and develop solutions to keep projects on track
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and priorities
• Mentor and support project team members, including project coordinators and field staff
• Communicate project updates, requirements, and expectations effectively with internal and external stakeholders
