ADP is hiring Implementation Specialists for client onboarding in a hybrid role. You’ll be the first point of contact for small business clients, guiding them through ADP’s payroll and HR solutions.

Daily tasks include handling a queue of client inquiries, delivering effective training, and coordinating with sales and service teams. The role emphasizes clear communication, client success, and thriving in a metrics-driven environment within an inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Onboard Clients: create onboarding experiences for each product or service.
• Implement ADP Technologies: analyze systems, interfaces, and business processes; implement ADP solutions.
• Partner Internally: collaborate with sales and customer service teams.
• Multi-Task & Communicate: manage multiple follow-ups and share information with clients and internal teams.
• Adhere to daily schedule: handle high-volume inbound calls, with peaks during busy times.
