Job summary

Federated Hermes, Inc. in Warrendale, Pennsylvania, is seeking a Manager of Client Digital Solutions to join our Client Services team.

You will serve as the primary SME for client integrations and digital asset initiatives, coordinating between clients, Relationship Management, Sales, Technology and Operations. The role emphasizes guiding onboarding to digital asset platforms, evaluating blockchain technologies, and supporting tokenized funds and other digital asset solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years in financial services or related field.
• Experience with systems integrations, including APIs and SWIFT messaging.
• Foundational understanding of digital assets, blockchain, tokenization, and their applications.
• Familiarity with digital wallets, smart contracts, and major blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Avalanche, Solana, Hyperledger).
• Strong client-service orientation with ability to build trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SME for client integrations and digital asset initiatives, liaising between clients and internal teams.
• Gather, analyze, and translate client requirements into technical solutions involving APIs and digital asset platforms.
• Lead integration projects from requirements through implementation and ongoing support.
• Support tokenized funds and other digital asset solutions by evaluating blockchain technologies.
• Guide client onboarding to digital asset platforms, including KYC/AML and connectivity requirements.
• Monitor blockchain regulations and provide recommendations on product positioning and controls.
• Build partnerships with vendors and internal stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
